@JusTryHards thethered means you have to plug your device in a comp and use a special system to bring it back to life if it runs out or you turn the iDevice off

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! I jail broke my iPhone 4 using the redsnow and anything related to safari won’t work I also have the white Cydia icon and it crashes on load up! I rebooted re jail broke, tried evreything! I checked just boot tethered right now and it still wont load. Please help!!
